While I am finalizing my goals for the year, I am choosing to make the Lord at the center of it all. Because no matter how fancy my goals are, they wouldn’t be possible if it wasn’t for Him. I choose to be free and at peace because He is walking with me. by @adventureswaimeed

Everyday I am working on personal development and I’m reminded of my why for wanting to love myself exactly as I am at this moment!!
And when it gets hard, I stop wherever I am, find something around me that I am truly grateful for and I am reconnected to that why!!

I am so proud I recommitted to my own self care!!

I was feeling defeated, unhappy, and uncomfortable in my own skin 😢

This is how I’m changing that:
drinking at LEAST 70 oz of water per day,
moving my body at least 15 minutes per day AND getting at least 8 hours of sleep per night!!

I can NOT wait to get out of plus sized clothes!!! And I’m excited to bring you along for the journey!!

Id love to have you join me!! ❤️❤️❤️ by @adventureswaimeed
