Building skills, confidence, and muscle memory one simulation at a time 🩺

Central lines, chest tubes, A-lines, and IOs — getting the reps in now so we’re ready when it counts.

Grateful for the opportunity to learn alongside my co-interns and continue building the skills we’ll carry throughout residency. 🔪

This week’s didactics featured Chief Resident Dr. Smith presenting her Grand Rounds lecture, “Who Still Needs a Lobectomy?: Defining the Role of Sublobar Resection in Early-Stage Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC).” 🫁 followed by a mock oral boards session where our residents practiced clinical decision-making, communication, and navigating challenging surgical scenarios.
