Rituals

Self Care can be simple and still be effective.

What we consume lets our bodies and minds know how much we care, support, appreciate, respect, are listening and paying attention.

Our relationship with ourselves is everlasting and developing. We get to choose how beautiful that feels through our actions and thoughts.

Everyday I make myself one or more tea blends to nourish, soothe, replenish, renew, refresh, comfort and heal. It’s a ritual I have created by and for myself. They vary depending on what I need.

Sometimes I journal whilst enjoying my tea, sometimes I just sit and drink my tea 🥰. The ritual is in the communication with self and the energy infused in the practice. and for that, the rewards have been and are plentiful.

I pray that we all continue to grow in love, understanding, appreciation, patience and kindness with ourselves .

Smalls steps make huge differences.

Where in ourself might need more attention?

How could we show more love to ourselves through what we consume?

*What one thing could I do for myself today to let my body know that I am listening and I have heard?
