Added some stuff around a regular photo. Editing this took MUCH longer than just colour and light editing, but I'm kinda proud of it. (I can see what could be done better though... there's a bit of a 'glow' around me which makes it look a bit off)

Ever have one of those weeks where something not so great happens at the end of your weekend and everything that comes after... Well it all just feels "meh"? That's what my weeks feels like. Tbh if I could go back to the time this photo was taken just for a night that would be uplifting. Spending it with people I connected with, laughed with, and had very few fears about being myself around.

Corset was made by the lovely @scuzzibun and gifted to me 2nd hand.
Everything else was sourced from op shops or target (the hat)
No wig for this. Idk if I miss the blond or if I should go darker than my natural mouse brown 🤝

This build was slow and steady and in the end created something special 💖 I'm incredibly proud of how it's turned out. The shape of the dress and the way it fits perfectly in with other cosplayers' SG too!

Skills learned
- pattern making from duct tape body suit
- gap filling and priming 3d prints
- making shoe and arm socks
- how to apply interfacing
- how to create a curve + point on the front of the yellow skirt
✨
What I would do differently next time
* Attach the shoe covers with elastic rather than Velcro dots
* Spend more time styling the wig
* Make circle skirts with pleats rather than the rectangle ones
* Reinforce the wire ends more in the white flaps
* Stretch, practise, and get comfortable with the full possible range of motion before going to the shoot!

Chainsaw man was one of the funnest, and simplest op-shop cosplays I've done. The blue jacket and wig I already owned. The shirt, tie, pants were found at good Sammy's and Vinnie's. The horns were a $3 Halloween costume accessory from spotlight that I transferred to a better headband.
Extremely comfortable to wear all day at the con and I have 0 regrets making my friends pose for a picture. They look great and did an amazing job on their fits and wigs /haristyling.

My goal this week is to do yoga every morning. So far, I've done 2 out of 3 days. This is a habit I'm picking up to improve my daily mood, reduce stress mentally and within my body. I've been following along with Yoga with Adrien on YouTube - a great channel with various yoga sessions all for free!
