COLOMBIA NEEDS YOU 🇨🇴❤️

On August 10th, a devastating earthquake struck western Colombia. It caused widespread destruction, with homes and hospitals, and thousands of people injured or left without a safe place to live.

For this reason, we’ve prepared this small event to raise donations for those affected by the earthquake.

I’ll be teaching a stretching class, and we’ve also got a boxing class, plus some homemade cupcakes and treats for you. 🧘‍♀️🥊🧁

100% we raise from the classes and treats will be donated to help people affected by the earthquake.

It’s just a small event, but I truly believe that when we all come together, even small things can make a difference.

So come along, bring your friends, have a little workout, grab some treats and come to support!

📍 Clapham Common Park
🗓️ This Sunday
🕛 12 PM — Stretching
🥊 1 PM — Boxing

🎟️ Book your ticket via link in my bio or copy the link in the pinned comment x

Stretching please take your mat/ towel and boxing gloves if you have x

If you can’t make it but still want to support, sharing this post would mean a lot🫶🏻
