Abreviação de stimming ou comportamento autoestimulante - refere-se a movimentos, sons ou comportamentos repetitivos usados para autorregulação sensorial ou emocional. No meio de uma cultura de hiperatividade a æ propõe-se a criar um espaço de autorregulação onde a música e o som se propagam num lugar seguro, sugerindo uma libertação do desconforto e dos estímulos do quotidiano.
Nesta primeira edição, a æ convoca sonoridades de referência ao pop, hyperpop e deconstructed club, convidando três artistas que habitam este espectro de frequências:

Extrazen (he/him) operates in his own lane—raw, self-produced, and emotionally precise, blending alternative music with a sharp DIY vision. Emerging from Santo Tirso but now based in Lisbon, his sophomore EP “What To Do With Your Hands” and recent cross[1]border releases mark a clear upward trajectory, with new projects on the way for 2026.

JHL (he/him) is an Auckland producer specializing in the cross-section of electronic and pop music. he has become a staple within Auckland's club scene, playing for some of the city's biggest club promoters such as nympho, alongside international acts like doss, ninajirachi and umru.

Odete (they/them) is the alias of Levi Gabriel Carvalho, a multidisciplinary artist who salivates across writing, music, theater, and visual arts, leaking historical research into everything they do. They claim to be a bastard daughter of Lucifer, a descendant of the medieval practice of satanic pacts to alter someone’s sexed body. They have been researching and working on building connections between “effeminate” histories, from Baroque castrati to 19th-century dandies. Their latest book was published by Outline and is called “They lied to you about the eunuchs”- turning theory into the stage for poetry.

LÆBORATÓRIO (Produção/Performance Musical e a construção de um Live Set)

Tens o computador cheio de loops e ideias por acabar? Sentes que as tuas músicas podiam soar melhor, ou não sabes por onde começar? Neste workshop intensivo, Phaser (Æ) vai partilhar o seu processo e desmistificar a produção musical, desde a fase de ideias, pelos bloqueios criativos até à preparação de um live set. Durante duas tardes, vamos focar-nos em workflow, técnicas que fazem a diferença e como organizar as tuas faixas para construir um live-act coeso, passando também pela implementação do audiovisual na performance musical. Sai daqui com menos dúvidas e com um plano concreto para dares o próximo passo na tua música.

Miguel Magalhães Loureiro (Phaser), de 23 anos, é um artista sonoro e multimédia baseado no Porto, cuja trajetória singular reflete um percurso de investigação e inovação no campo da criação musical e audiovisual. Licenciado em Cinema pela Universidade da Beira Interior e atualmente mestrando em Arte e Tecnologia do Som pela ESMAE, Porto,
Phaser aprofunda a sua prática ao explorar o som e a imagem como formas de comunicação e experimentação artística. Ontem passei a manhã nos estúdios da @rtppt como convidado do Manual de Canções da @rdpinternacionalrtp em conversa com o @joao.bacalhau ! @chediak.club - Defining his style as “MÚSICA ELÉTRICA”, Chediak incorporates elements of Drum n Bass, Jungle, UK Garage, Footwork, Techno on his unique approach to Brazilian Electronic Music. Blending these influences with elements of Baile Funk, Tecnobrega and Samba.
Over the last 9 years, Chediak has performed in some of the most important events for the current generation of brazilian music and is a key character of the alternative club scene, being head of the SPEEDTEST RAVE and label, aswell as music engineering at Leigo Records and contributor to an extensive list of artists.

@crosstalkkkk - Luca Rassi alias Crosstalk is an audiovisual artist from São Paulo. With the release of his EP “CT-1” in 2023, Crosstalk dove into genres such as UK garage, breakbeat, dubstep, techno, and ambient, connecting with a globally diverse audience.
The Collaboration Track “5am” with Chediak has surpassed 600,000 streams, and the most recent EP, “CT-2”, reinforces Crosstalk’s unique identity. 💿 a “Dança da Internet” é das músicas mais antigas do meu último álbum. acho que a comecei a gravar em 2022, e na altura estava a bater mal com a internet, com ciclos, hábitos e vícios . continua a ser uma das minhas músicas favoritas de tocar ao vivo, e este é o vídeo que apresento nos concertos, gravei na minha sala com um tripé e um sonho, editei com o touchdesigner 😴 espero que gostem <3
