안녕하세요! 학습하다 한글을 아주 신나요.

This has been a veeerrry slow learning process. There's been a few times I thought about quitting because I felt like I was getting nowhere.
Sometime around my 1st year milestone I realized I had to re-frame the way I was learning 한글 if I were going to make any real progress on my journey. The way I was trying to learn before this change in mindset really held me back for much longer than I care to admit.

Since then, within the last 6 months especially, I've found so many different teachers:

@bangtanacademy_
@learnkoreaninkorean
@korean__unnie
@gobillykorean
@inakimieee

Y'all I finally feel like I'm starting to make some actual progress. Up above is a portion of my most recent homework assignment I submitted. It's my very first sentence in 한글 without relying on a translator. I can't say how grammatically accurate it is but I felt confident enough in my attempt to submit it. For now that is enough but I will keep practicing and learning. I can't wait to see the progress I've made at my next big milestone number.

A big, no a HUGE shout out and Thank You to all the different teachers, especially those I've tagged above. You all make learning fun and exciting again. I hope to make you all proud one day.

I figure I'll continue using Duolingo, Drops, Memrise, for vocabulary words, practice, and the tracking of my days. They keep my accountable on my learning journey for the days I'm not actively working on my homework.
