The kind of house that feels like it has always belonged here. 🌾

For Wainscott House, we paired traditional Hamptons architecture with a more collected and contemporary interior language. Generous gardens, layered landscaping and understated materials give the estate its character without making it feel overly formal.

Parisian elegance, reinterpreted for a contemporary way of living. ✨

For Maison Noire, we focused on proportion, symmetry and atmosphere, combining classical architectural language with refined interiors and a strong connection to the surrounding landscape.

Built for the kind of setting that makes the house feel secondary. 🌲

Blackwood House was designed around the North Carolina landscape, with dark stone, deep rooflines and oversized glazing framing the forest from almost every room.

Inside, we kept the palette darker and more atmospheric, letting the natural light, stone and views do most of the work.

The kind of house you understand better with every angle. ✨

From the formal entrance to the garden, pool, tennis court and darker interiors, we wanted every part of the estate to reveal a slightly different side of the same design.

We wanted this one to feel like it had been here for 80 years, not eight months. 🌿

Alderwick House is built around red brick, slate roofs, formal proportions and a landscape that gives every part of the estate its own setting.

Inside, we kept the architecture classical but allowed the furniture, art and lighting to bring in a more collected and contemporary character.

We wanted the house to feel discovered, not displayed. 🌲

Stone walls, dark timber and fragmented rooflines break the scale down across the site, while the interiors stay quiet enough to keep the forest visually in control.

The kind of house that makes the arrival part of the architecture. ✨

We built this estate around symmetry, procession and proportion a formal stone façade at the front, a much more open relationship to the garden at the rear, and landscape used to control every view in between.

The goal was grandeur without making the house feel theatrical.

We wanted the old house to stay old. 🌿

The project was about restoring what mattered, removing what didn’t, and introducing only a few new elements: a glass link between the two stone volumes, a light conservatory facing the garden, and a landscape that feels as if it had always been there.

Calm was part of the brief from the beginning. 🌿

We kept the architecture grounded through red brick, long horizontal lines and a restrained landscape, then carried that same sense of calm into the interiors through softer forms, natural light and a quieter material palette.

We kept the architecture heavy, the interiors dark, and the openings enormous. 🌲

Stone, smoked timber and deep tones frame the Tennessee landscape rather than competing with it. The house changes completely depending on where you stand inside it.
