Couldn’t wait until Tuesday to share this one 🥹 This transformation was personal, and she never thought we’d be here, much less this quickly

We prioritized: a whole foods diet, high step count (especially with her work), and weight lifting 3–4x/week with 45-minute intense sessions! It wasn’t easy, but the results are speaking for themselves 🤝🏽

We’re now only a couple pounds away from our 30 LB weight loss goal, while decreasing body fat, gaining muscle mass, and preserving as much of her glutes + legs as possible!

I am SO proud of her and all the work she has put in I genuinely wouldn’t want anyone else to help her transform 🫂
