I’m a Believer 💚👑 | 7.18.26

Debut performance with my partner in crime performing at the Iconic Slipper Room. Thank you to @omfactorynyc & @itsiiizzzyyy for allowing us to be a part of this phenomenal show. We had an absolute blast putting this piece together.

Sent most of yesterday prepping for classes so I took a moment to explore this flow we played with in @nothingbutaerial class on Saturday 💕

Actually very impressed I still had grip and pull up strength after everything I did yesterday 🤪 by @aeriallex

‘Tis the season for spookiness ☠️👻🖤

We’re changing up Aerial Dance this month.
Getting both hammock and lyra choreography in the same month (it only felt right)…

First up, we have “Shadows” by @livingston on Hammock.

When I first heard this song, I knew immediately that I wanted to choreograph something to it and now it’s yours.

Join me Sunday, October 4th at 1PM and Monday, October 5th at 1:15PM to explore this spooky choreo. Costumes are very much encouraged 👻
