Are you ready to take your aerial silks game to the next level? These dynamics workshops introduce the use of body momentum to create beats (swinging), powerful transitions, and dynamic skills. In the intro class we will cover proper engagement and shapes to prevent injury and introduce beats and other skills used in the world of dynamics. At the intermediate level, we will explore a further variation of beats, basic dynamic skills, and combinations between beats and dynamic skills. DM us if you have any questions!

Posting a better video of this neck hang and center spin!
•
I have this moment before I let go and let the weight rest on my neck, where I have to fully trust and believe that it will work. The few times when I don’t believe it before I let go, I fall. The way we push our bodies and do things that seem impossible always starts with belief. This is what makes circus so impactful and important, the shaping of beliefs.

Clips from Scene Ouvert “Open Stage” @ecoledecirquedequebec
•
I’m so grateful to have the space and support to push and explore myself artistically. I wanted to go out of my comfort zone in the aspects I struggle with; breathe, slowing down, feeling fully, not having to be “pretty”.
•
I feel this is the start to my artistic journey, where not everything has to be “perfect”. Art is not perfect, art is real and raw and human. That is what connects us so deeply to it. Art is the transmission of thoughts and emotions into the physical world.
•
This act is an accumulation of my thoughts on the evil in the world. The evil people who run the world behind the scenes, attempting to control divine beings. Convincing us we are powerless. I transmit the evil and negativity into hope and true power. taken in École de cirque de Québec by @aerialsonvenus
