Keeping your face serene or in character is an amazing feat while hanging upside down and swinging thru the air...and yet it is an essential part of every performance, whether a competition or other performance type.
We are here to help! ASO/PSO has put together an ebook to help you take strides towards that perfect performance!
Fix Your Face - Stage Presence for Pole and aerialists ebook
You may think that stage presence is just something that other people have inherently or instinctively and you simply weren’t born with it. We don’t agree! Like most skills, stage presence and facial expressions can be learned and improved with specific exercises and focused effort.
Click the link in our bio to find your performance prep ebook.

"This was so much fun to be a part of. Making new friends, enjoying the work of my fellow Aerialists, catching up with my family, and of course winning in my division didn’t hurt either. Big thanks to the incredible @polegiraffe for capturing these moments. This piece meant so much to me and I am so happy to share it with you."

"While prepping for my starting point, i forgot that the fabrics were stretchy so I ended up lower than what Im used to. While my face was tryna look cute and engage with the audience, internally I was dying.🐒 "

"I did my silk performance in Amethysts Aerial Championship in LA organized by @aerialsportorg
Weekend was fantastic, one of the best in this year. Saturday I assisted to super concert of my forever favorite singer🔝❤. Sunday I enjoyed to judge, to watch the Aerial Championship, and I also performed at the end of event. Weekend could not be better."
