Changing season.

Here in Southwest Finland signs of autumn’s arrival are already starting to show. The mornings are cool, the leaves have begun to change color and there are more rainy days. I really enjoy the atmosphere of these crisp and beautiful mornings.

Do you like autumn and let me know what is the best thing about it? 🍁 taken in Littoistenjärvi by @aerijyr

Happy Finnish Nature Day! 🇫🇮

I'm Jyri, hobby photographer from Finland. I'm very happy to live in a country with such amazing and diverse nature. I hope everyone does their part to take care of it and not destroy it so that we can enjoy these views for a long time.

This is not Ai, this is Finnish nature through my lens. taken in Finland by @aerijyr

Exactly my kind of morning. It's calm and quiet and the sun rises from behind a veil of mist.

🌲Forest = for rest🌲

Ja tää on fakta.

- laskee stressihormonin (kortisoli) määrää
- vahvistaa kehon immuunijärjestelmää
- kohottaa mielialaa ja vähentää ahdistusta
- parantaa keskittymiskykyä
- auttaa irtautumaan kiireisestä arjesta
