This is the spot in this run where I wanted to die. This run sucked because…
#1 I did not properly fuel this week. So my glycogen storage was ALL used up. It felt like I was running through sand with bricks attached to my legs.
#2 I procrastinated all morning so by the time I got out there it was really hot. And since I don’t have a thyroid I rely on synthetic hormones to regulate my body temperature and they actually don’t do a great job at that.
But because I am Gen X (iykyk) I am not a quitter!! And I will not let my running coach down Eventhough it’s AI 🤣🤣🤣
