So grateful to have another wonderful opportunity to play in the recital. I played Beethoven Sonata No. 17, “Tempest” 3rd movement. I always wanted to play this song since I started learning piano in 2020 and I finally made it.
Special thanks to @karenklew @millesall for coming to cheer me up, @peterpianofancovic @riversidemusicstudios for giving me the opportunity to play. What a great experience.

My first Paris trip was amazing. I reunited with my best friend and spent time together. Our long-awaited wish to toast with wine together has come true after 25 years. I was able to capture emotional moments. @haruparis.aimelire Thank you for showing me the beautiful city and making my trip special. See you soon!

Bronx 10 Mile 🏃🏻‍♀️❤️

Same race, one year apart—and wow, has it been a journey!

Last year, I started with no experience beyond 10K, recovering from an ankle injury, struggling after mile 6, and walking a lot to somehow make it to the finish line.😅

Fast forward to this year: I focused on practicing my pace steadily rather than chasing a PR. Guess what? I finished strong! 😊

This is a reminder that progress isn’t always linear. Sometimes, it’s just about showing up consistently. I’m grateful for how far I’ve come.

What’s next? I’m excited to keep pushing my limits and enjoy every step of this journey. 🌱

Second time at the 5K on the Beach 🏖️🏃‍♀️

I ran this race last summer and it quickly became one of my favorite summer races—so of course I had to come back for round two! ☀️

Finished 2:27 faster than last year! 🎉 Such a fun feeling to see the progress.

Big thanks to my friend for running with me and making the race even more fun! 💛

🏃‍♀️✨Celebrating my third BKLYN Mile and two years of running. This event inspired me to start back in 2024, and I’m grateful for the journey it’s been.

I’ve made some progress over the years:
• 2024: 9:45
• 2025: 8:07
• 2026: 7:27

I hit a personal record of 7:27 today! 🥳 I’m thankful for a lovely day with friends, sharing laughs and good times.

Most importantly, I’m grateful to be running without pain. Here’s to more miles ahead! 💖

Celebrating Pride with the LGBTQ+ Pride Run 4M! 🏳️‍🌈 It was hot and humid, but I finished a minute faster than my last 4-mile race, and I’m really happy about that ! So great to connect with my running friends at the event! 🏃‍♂️💖

🌟 A heartfelt thank you for all the birthday wishes! I started my special day with a refreshing yoga session at Solstice in Times Square🌞 The lively energy of the city blended perfectly with the serenity of yoga, setting a wonderful tone for my birthday.

After finding my zen, I was completely surprised by my amazing friends who organized a beautiful rooftop celebration at my friend’s stunning apartment. 🏙️✨

A huge shoutout to our wonderful host for creating such a lovely atmosphere @karenklew , to my friend who cooked all the delicious dishes @msjp1222 , and to the talented baker who made the gorgeous birthday cake @kiyo_katoh . Every bite was a delight! 🍰🥳

Thank you to everyone who made my birthday so special. Here’s to another year filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable memories! 🥂

P.S. Let’s not zoom in on the cake’s candles, lol! 💖 taken in New York, New York by @aesookk

Kicking off my birthday weekend with the Citizens Queens 10K! 🎉 I’ve been looking forward to this race since last year. 😊

The last mile was really tough, and I almost gave up (I was running on empty), but my amazing friends from group training kept me going to finish strong. Thank you! I didn’t hit my goal time, but I scored a 9-second PR as my pre-birthday gift! #🏃‍♀️✨

Just got back from my first trip to Ithaca, New York, where I cheered on my friend @msjp1222 during her half marathon! 🎉 She absolutely crushed it!

Before the race, we explored some gorgeous trails and took in the stunning waterfalls. We even did a little waterfall hopping! What a beautiful weekend! Huge thanks to my friend for having me! 😊💚 #Ithaca #northrimtrail #Gorgetrail #TaughannockFalls #CascadillaGorge by @aesookk

🎉 So proud of my son today! He officially promoted to a black belt in karate! 🥋

From starting karate in kindergarten to now helping out at the elementary school after school, his journey has been incredible. Each candidate had the chance to introduce themselves and share what karate means to them. When Logan finished his speech, he surprised me with a sweet shout-out! 🥹

And, of course, he still wanted to hang out with his friends instead of heading home with me, lol!

Logan, congratulations on your black belt! I couldn’t be prouder! ❤️
A huge thank you to Sensei Amelia @ameliasheftall and all the KP for Kids @kpforkidsnyc senseis, senpais, and friends. I’m so happy my son is part of this amazing community!

Cherry Blossom Week 2 🌸

Had an amazing time at the Cherry Blossom 10K fun run! Enjoyed the stunning blooms with my wonderful friend—running together always brings such joy!

I met a woman who didn’t get a finisher medal because they ran out. It was obvious it was her first 10K, and she really pushed through. After snapping this pic, I gave her my medal—she deserved it way more than I did! 😊💖
