A weekend planning the @_klangklang__ space 🌀

Material samples, Bauhaus runs, sketches, measurements, and a hundred small decisions that slowly become a room.

Design is rarely one big idea.
It’s usually lots of tiny ones finding their place.

Sensuality begins in the body
in warmth, texture, breath, and pulse.
It is the way the skin listens, the way movement softens the edges of thought.

To live sensually is to return to presence,
to move slower, to feel deeper,
to let the body lead before the mind arranges meaning.
It is aliveness, intuition, and the quiet confidence of being at home within yourself.

I often try to carry this same energy into my creations.
Our spaces, like our bodies, crave softness,
the curve against the line, the pause between forms.
I lean into the warmth of the skin, the beautiful imperfect lines we inhabit,
bringing ourselves back home to our temple, to our primal way of being.

Sensuality to me means play, comfort, flow, balance, expression,
moving in unison with our surroundings,
allowing design to breathe as we do:
responsive, cyclical, alive.

Through Aire, this becomes a practice of presence.
Through Aether, it becomes form.
Both are meditations on the feminine,
the art of feeling as a way of shaping the world.

Bringing nature inside doesn’t mean replicating a forest or filling every corner with greenery. It means inviting the essence of nature — its textures, its pace, its unpredictability — into how we shape and live in space.

It’s less about things and more about rhythm.
Letting the outside guide the inside.
A small window that follows the path of the sun.
A rug that feels like stepping on moss.
Colors borrowed from the soil after rain, rather than a color chart.

And most of all — space. Enough room to breathe, and to feel.

This is how I approach “natural interiors”: as a way to soften edges and remember that our homes are not separate from life outside their walls.

✨What detail in your own home makes you feel most connected to the natural world?

Save it for your future home 💛

Designed this as a proposal for @westwingcom — inspired by stillness, softness, and that held feeling.

The kind of room that invites you to arrive fully, to breathe, to be.

A quiet mood. A little cocoon. A space that feels like home before it even becomes one.

☀️ Would you live here? Save it for future space dreams.

The body always remembers how it wants to feel.
Calm. Held. Home.

This is the language of sensory design.
Warm light. Honest texture. Rest.

Aether is a space for the senses to land, to breathe, to soften.

Feel it. Touch it. Breathe it in.

A living room is more than its furniture — it’s how it holds you.

When I design these spaces, I’m not just thinking of layout or palette. I’m asking:
✨ Where does your body want to land after the day?
✨ What kind of light makes you exhale?
✨ What surfaces invite rest, what shapes invite conversation?

A living room isn’t just made — it’s felt.

📌 Save for your next living space project.

In my journey of sending proposals, it’s been a little quieter here.

Instead of our usual nature moment, I wanted to share a concept I’ve been shaping for a reformer Pilates studio.

“Feeling Held” is the starting point.
Because when we feel supported — physically and emotionally — we’re more likely to soften, to listen, to try. Feeling secure isn’t passive; it’s what allows us to push further, stretch deeper, and meet effort with ease.

This concept is built around that:
A space that holds you, so you don’t have to hold yourself up all the time.
Where light is gentle, textures ground you, and the layout creates a quiet invitation to arrive, just as you are.

✨ Explore the full visual direction in the carousel.
And if you’re dreaming up a space of your own, I’m currently open to 1–2 more projects.

Translating feeling into form through rooms 🌿 by @aether_interiors

Touch the ground.
Bare feet. Full breath. The stillness that lives beneath it all.
This week, come back to Earth. Literally.
A little pause with the land — for anyone needing to remember they belong to something slow and steady.

From sketch to “reality”

I’ve had this image in my mind for years:
A bathroom that feels like a sanctuary.
Bathed in natural light, open to the elements, with a place to sit, to breathe, to just be.

Best case? The lines between inside and outside disappear.
A waterfall shower. Stone under your feet. Stillness in the air.

This week I sketched a bathroom that edges a little closer to that dream — scroll to see where it’s going.

I’ve had a thing for bathrooms since I was a kid.

Everywhere we went, I needed to see the bathroom first. Not to use it — just to see it.
One that stayed with me was in my uncle’s summer house. A tiny master bath, painted baby blue, just big enough to hold a freestanding tub. It felt magical.
Decades later, I’m still obsessed with freestanding bathtubs & bathrooms.

There’s something about the ritual they invite — unrushed, sensual, held.

The stillness. The solitude. The small rituals that feel sacred.

Soft water. Solid ground. A moment for yourself.

✨ Save for future home dreams
