The prodigal stage returns. 🦁🔥 To the delight of Boomtown citizens, touring artists and festival organisers and suppiers (AF Live included), Lion’s Den roared back into life at @boomtownfairofficial in 2026. 🔊 Delivering a massive @l.acoustics.official sound system, with the support of @urbanaudiopro, designed by @sergiyzhytnikov of @redflamecreations was our pleasure. 💪 We worked alongside too many talented teams and individuals on this project, including @brutal.london @imagdisplays @tsl_lighting @lasergrafix @aardvarkfx @cityandmoonbackline and many more: apologies for everyone we have inevitably forgotten in this caption! Connecting our technical production network to this mycelium-network yielded some fantastic results at @boomtownfairofficial 2026. 🔥 NEXUS was an area which set out to platform many of the freshest live acts at the festival and give attendees a space to make new connections through the music. 🔊 With that spirit in mind, this felt like the perfect opportunity to bring the new partnership of AF Live & PK Sound into the picture at the UK’s most immersive festival. 🥳 To find out more about what it took to deploy technical production which blew touring artists away, head to the AF Live website and read the full article. 📚 Let’s show some appreciation for the fantastic work of the volunteers and professionals involved with delivering this project. Electric Atmosphere vs Robotic PA ⚡️⚡️

Pierce O’Leary took on Mark Chamberlain at the 3Arena, Dublin for the IBO World Super Lightweight Championship and AF Live were on hand to deploy a mighty @pksound system. 🔊

It was absolute vibes from start to finish and a fantastic evening of top class boxing for the sold out crowd in attendance. You have to credit the atmosphere in part to the audio hardware which our team have constantly received compliments on throughout this run of summer shows. 💯

It’s a pleasure to continue working on this massive boxing events with our production partners at @arenavideouk whose innovations in the world of live sporting video have become, for want of a better phrase, ‘genre defining’. Often imitated, never replicated. 💪

It was a great weekend on the emerald isle across the board and to top it all off, George from PK Sound finally met his biggest fan! 🪭

Flashback to the Comeback 🥊

Back in July, as the summer sun beat down on the UK, AF Live sent a crew across to the Jeddah Superdome in Saudi Arabia to provide sound for the return to the ring of a British boxing superstar. 🌟

The event, titled ‘The Comeback’, was Anthony Joshua’s first boxing match since his involvement in the tragic traffic collision which claimed the lives of two of his closest friends - and a comeback indeed it was. AJ showed his grit & heart, surviving a scare in the first round to win by signature, emphatic knockout. 💪

This dramatic conclusion followed an utterly electric sequence of bouts, with some truly world class fighters taking to the squared circle. British stars, Hamzah Sheeraz & Josh Kelly both took home unanimous decision victories, while Reito Tsutsumi notched up another TKO win. 🏆

The Superdome looked spectacular and our team took great care in the deployment and management of a powerful @l.acoustics.official sound system to fill the venue completely, while our production partners at @arenavideouk made sure every detail was crystal clear with their video production. 🖥️

Following AJ’s win, all anyone could talk about was the long-postulated clash between him and Tyson Fury. We’re a couple months down the road now and still crossing our fingers for news on this massive mega-fight in the making… 🤞 by @af_live_

Great day today, getting this @pksound system ready for a big night at @theo2london on Saturday. 🔊🥊

AF Live is super hyped up to providing sound at another boxing mega-fight as @m.itauma takes on @filip_hrgovic for the IBF World Heavyweight title at a massive event from @queensberrypromotions, streamed around the world on @dazn 💯

Our engineers are building a true monster of a system using this incredible hardware, bringing no less than 18x T18 sub and 72x T8 loudspeakers. No matter which aisle you’re sat in, from the front row to the nose-bleeds, you’ll be feeling this one. 💥

It’s an absolute pleasure to be working alongside our partners at @arenavideouk as always, whose industry-leading video production will lend proceedings some trademark flare. 🔥

This is going to be an unmissable fight for boxing fans. We cannot wait. 💪 by @af_live_

The Radical Redesign was so real. ✨ With each passing edition it seems that @boomtownfairofficial must have reached its peak, only to then be surpassed once again with what follows. 📈 It was a vintage year for the festival and one which AF Live were incredibly proud to have played a part in delivering. 💪 Any given event will present a unique set of challenges to address and with a festival of this many areas, the variety of contexts within which custom technical production solutions are required is myriad. 💯 Three stages which epitomised this from last weekend, were Hydro XL, Lion’s Den and Nexus. 🔊 We will be sharing an in-depth look at how a range of technical production disciplines came together to create each of these world’s in which attendees came to lose themselves. 🚀 by @af_live_
