We got a whole lot going on here, lots of important announcements!

AFCDF is partnering with Townline Motorsports in Westerlo for our annual ATV/UTV raffle!

The winner will have their choice of either a CFMoto UForce 600 UTV or a CFMoto CForce 1000 Overland ATV, each with a retail value of more than $14,000. Thank you to Townline Motorsports’ for their generous support!

Only 500 tickets will be sold.

What a night at Frog Alley Brewing!

A special thank you to our amazing sponsors including Best Fitness for hosting the event and Harding Mazzotti, LLP for ensuring everyone had a safe ride home.

Also thank you to our raffle prize donors and Local 11, you all played a role with helping bring everyone together for a great night and an even greater cause.

It’s the weekend finally so head on down to Frog Alley! Tomorrow Saturday October 3 we are hosting the second OktoberBest event!🐸👀

Yes, tomorrow is about coming together, having a great time, and enjoying an incredible day but it’s also about something much bigger: giving back to the firefighters who spend their careers protecting all of us.

And make sure you watch this video all the way to the end! 👀 Corey puts Tommie through a portion of the CPAT, the Candidate Physical Ability Test, firefighters have to complete. It’s a small glimpse into just how physically demanding this job really is.

The heavy gear. The heat. The sweat. The smoke, chemicals, and contaminants they encounter while doing their jobs. Many of the very things firefighters rely on and are exposed to while keeping our communities safe can also contribute to an increased risk of occupational cancer.

That’s exactly why events like Oktoberbest matter. They show up for us on our worst days. Tomorrow, we get to show up for them. 💪🏻🍻🚒
