Last night, we had the pleasure of joining the Table to Table Chefs Gala, bringing together chefs, hospitality professionals, and community members in support of a meaningful cause.

At Afficionado, we believe hospitality is about more than what we serve. It’s about the connections we create, the communities we support, and the people who make it all possible.

A new chapter for our brewery. ☕️

Our custom-built cold brew tanks have officially arrived in Morganville, tripling our production capacity & allowing us to produce up to 20,000 gallons of cold brew per week.

For Afficionado, vertical integration means maintaining control over every stage of production. From sourcing and roasting to brewing, packaging, and distribution, our cold brew is handled in-house by the team behind it.

This expansion allows us to meet growing demand from our hospitality partners while maintaining the consistency and precision that define our process. More capacity. Same hands-on approach. A whole lot more Magical Cold Brew on the way☕️ by @afficionado_coffee

Our relationship with the Rodríguez family and Agricafe began in 2016, but what’s grown from it extends far beyond sourcing coffee.

From the first espresso of the morning to the final course of dinner, our coffee is built with hospitality in mind.

Liberator was developed to move easily between those moments- balanced enough for espresso, versatile enough for milk, drip, and the many ways coffee finds its place on a menu.

La Perla, however you like to pour it. 🇲🇽☕

With notes of pecan praline, amaretto & orange blossom, this washed Mexican coffee is particularly lovely as a pourover..bright, layered, and well worth taking your time over.
