“My work is also based off my mood and whatever i am going through personally, I like to channel those feelings and emotions into my art, just like any other artist or musician would, I am truly thankful for the good and bad experiences that fluctuate in my life. I often add poetry to the drawing as well to make the images more immersive and the emotions felt, I also try to make it somewhat relatable or questionable as it is up to the viewer to try and translate the work how they see fit.” - @jjjjjjamz

Jameel’s work is #OnView in our virtual Open Gallery, click the link in our bio to see. And be sure to follow and support these incredibly talented artists! taken in New York, New York by @affiliatedartists
