i have been beautifully invited to facilitate an affirmation art workshop for @wapbrunch_ 4th anniversary celebration! book your ticket via link in bio! can’t wait to see you there ☺️ more information below ♥️✨ —— 🎉 WAPBRUNCH IS TURNING 4! 🎉 Four years of sisterhood, soulful vibes, and bottomless joy and we’re just getting started! From the first toast to the last dance, WAPBRUNCH has been a safe space to laugh louder, dance harder, and connect deeper. This isn’t just a birthday, it’s a celebration of every woman who’s ever showed up, showed out, and poured into this magical community. Expect soulful vibes, unforgettable moments, deep connection, and that signature WAPBRUNCH magic that keeps the sisterhood alive long after the last toast. We’ve built a sisterhood — now let’s celebrate it. Together. Take your pick from FOUR feel-good workshops curated to pour into your soul and spark your creativity: 💌 Love Letter Writing – to yourself, your sister-friend, or that lesson you finally outgrew. 📝 Rewriting the Script – flip the narrative, reclaim the pen, and own your story. ✨ Affirmation Card Creation – make magic with your words and leave with daily reminders of your power. 💎 Crystal Jewellery Making – set intentions, string some sparkle, and take the energy with you. And when the hearts are full and the hands are busy, we’re keeping the vibe flowing with a special interactive live show and a DJ to heat up the dance floor. PLUS — get ready to flash those smiles, because our tooth gem artist will be on deck to add that extra sparkle to your grin. You already know how we do! #selflovejourney #affirmationart #wellnessworkshop by @affirm.arts
Mental Health Awareness Week Offer Two Free Self-Love & Wellness Coaching Sessions Available until the end of July In honour of Mental Health Awareness Week, I’m opening up space for two free 1:1 self-love and wellness coaching sessions - available to anyone who feels they could benefit from a pause, a breath, and a safe space to check in with themselves. This is for you if you’ve been: • Feeling disconnected from your needs • Carrying the weight of too much for too long • Wanting to reconnect with your sense of self • Longing for support that is gentle, reflective, and grounded These free sessions are available to book until 31st July. We’ll explore whatever is most present for you-whether that’s emotional overwhelm, self-worth, boundaries, burnout, or simply learning how to show up for yourself with more compassion. There’s no pressure to continue after your two sessions- just an invitation to begin. If this resonates with you (or someone you know), you can book via the link in my bio or DM me for more info. You deserve to feel seen. You deserve to feel held.
