Yay for Festival season. 🙌
One of my favourite things to do.
First up Bendigo yoga festival with @yogafestivaltribe a weekend of yoga, sound, workshops, hanging with friends & reconnecting with others.
This year’s inspiration was lymphatic flow with @madison_mindset & zenthai flow. Then the perfect way to end the weekend with @gaelle.pettifer Restorative yoga massage. 😇
Gaelle was one of the 1st teachers i did training with over 12 years ago & it was
lovely reconnecting again. by @afinity10

After navigating the monkeys & motorbikes i found the cafe @blendcafebali & the peacock smoothie bowl didn’t disappoint. Tasted as good as it looked.

Ubud adventures, when google maps takes you to dead ends & blocked laneways reminding us that its never about the destination but the journey it takes to get there.

We began our winter Sadhana with a magic sunset & the shining light of Venus & Libra waxing moon.
Calling in the energy of Saraswati, the flowing one of intuition, knowledge, creativity & music. 🪷
A daily practice of marma massage, pranayama, kriya, japa & yoga & a weekly gathering of the Goddesses.
A wonderful support to navigate the heaviness of winter, a time that i generally feel unmotivated & develop an aversion to the cold 🥶.
Thank you @angeknightyoga from @calmbuddhi for your guidance & sharing your wisdom & supportive practices with us 💗🙏🌸
Looking forward to joining you for the Spring Sadhana. by @afinity10

✨ Align & Shine Chakra Immersion ✨

Last night was such a beautiful reminder that sometimes we simply have to roll with it, trust, and allow things to unfold. 💫

Our Align & Shine Chakra Immersion began on our Bali retreats, where over the past three years we’ve learned to be flexible, adapt to whatever comes our way and trust that everything will work out exactly as it needs to.

Yesterday morning brought us another little opportunity to practise that! With a last-minute venue change, we were so grateful to Sam from Studio Paradise for welcoming us into the beautiful Studio Paradise space in Dromana — and to our wonderful group for being so flexible and embracing the change with us. 🤍

Amy and I absolutely love creating these spaces where we can bring together all the things we love — chakra balancing, meditation, restorative yoga, sound healing and Reiki — to help people slow down, relax, reconnect and come back into balance.

It’s something that began in Bali and has continued to grow and evolve, and we feel so grateful to be able to share it with you both here and on retreat. 🌿✨

Thank you to everyone who came along last night and trusted us with your evening. It was a beautiful group and such a lovely energy in the room.

We’re already looking forward to creating another one soon. 💛

Sometimes the plan changes, but the magic still unfolds.

With love,
Angela & Amy 🌸 #alineandshine #chakrabalance #soundhealing #relaxation #reiki by @afinity10

We are both back from Bali and so ready to share the magic with you again and all that we love in our very own special Align and Shine Chakra Immersion.
We have only 2 spots left already so please reach out if you would like to attend.

Celebrating NAIDOC @peninsulahotsprings “Songlines on Country” an inclusive & immersive Boonwurrung Cultural experience with Marbee Williams.

Marbee lead us on a 2 hour journey connecting to Country, Culture & each other through story, movement, reflection, ceremony & cultural practices. There were laughs, tears, introspection & a deep sense of gratitude.
Gratitude for this beautiful country we get to call home & to the traditional owners who’s resilience, strength & courage has kept this beautiful culture alive for thousands of years.

The more I learn about our traditional Culture the more apparent it is to me that it’s all about connection.
Connection to Mother Earth, to Community & to Spirit & i love that.

Marbee is a Cultural educator with Balert Virramboi ( strong futures) who shared from the heart in such a beautiful, humble & interactive manner that made for a very impactful & memorable experience. by @afinity10
