still going. bulk period trying to up the caloric intake and still burn the fat. my body feels a bit confused the first 7-10 days after each increase , keep going.

I used to hate myself. I had severe sleep apnea, waking up in the middle of the night breathless feeling like a heart attack about to happen. My doctor prescribed my an inhaler due to my overweighted level.

This scared me to change my life around, and strive for something I couldn’t imagine myself to become; healthy, appealing to my own needs and how I wanted to feel about myself.
