Focused on me, not you.
Big difference.

I’m building, growing, and moving with purpose — capturing the moment and energy of talented individuals while creating something bigger than myself. taken in EARTH by @aflo512

🎉🥳Another year around the sun.

Today I turn 40, It’s a true blessing to know what I know and have experienced a lot of things and places that a vast majority of people don’t have the privilege to. I have lost many battles but conquered a few wars.

I’m not here to dwell on the fact the I have recently become “homeless” due to financial difficulties this past summer, gone through many broken relationships, my dog having his jaw ripped apart, finding out through a blood test I have an iron deficiency and off the charts high cortisol or even falling into the deepest depression I have ever experienced, & cried harder than I ever have.

Im here to celebrate the small wins, the happy moments of life that no one else can take from me and seeking professional help that I need.
Cheers to me, I fucking made it!
Cheers to the very few people that have stuck around.
Cheers to the people that have brought me pain and the ones that didn’t stick around because without you I wouldn’t really feel what good and happiness truly feels like. ✌🏼 taken in Austin, Texas by @aflo512

⚡️Results don’t come from motivation—they come from showing up, even on the days I don’t feel like it.

💪🏼Every workout is a vote for the person I’m becoming. Progress isn’t built overnight; it’s built through consistency, discipline, and the willingness to keep going when no one is watching.

I keep putting in the effort because my future self will thank me. 👊🏼
