This videos I did during the first lockdown! I have been meditating for now I would say 25 years! Coaching and fitness training 20 years. I combine dancing fitness and meditation 🧘 because is all interconnected. This was when people did not believe in spirituality! But I follow my grandmother teachings! #innerchildhealing #healingjourney #meditation #limitingbeliefs by @afri_ness

Move together.

Afriness by Lilian is Afro dance, Afrobeat energy, and community in one room. Here, movement is medicine before it's a workout. You leave with your body worked and your energy shifted.

Every Tuesday & Wednesday

18:30 to 19:20

Come as you are, we'll bring the rhythm.

Stay for Meditation with Lilian at 19:25 and end your evening the Raha way: move, then breathe.
