I called myself The African Workforce Guy and now, I’m fully living it.

What started in Lagos was never meant to stay in Lagos. The vision was always bigger.
The name had to grow to match the dream: a workforce movement for the entire continent.

And after an incredible African Workforce Summit in Kigali, it’s clear, Africa is ready!

In 2026, we are taking this mission back to Lagos and Accra… and we’re only just getting started.

My whole heart is grateful to my team members, to all partners, brands, and builders who believe in the future of African talent.
We made magic together and it’s going to happen again next year.
