Happy Friday Af family!

We asked the members who they are voting for and why this election season 👀

Who are you voting for💜 by @afsteinbach

Hello AF family! 👋 It's trainer tip Thursday! Today Coach Jenn goes over a few reasons why exercise and maintaining muscle mass could benefit you during this years cold and flu season. 🥶

Of course, being healthy doesn't mean you'll never get sick, but it definitely supports a healthy immune system and the body's responses to illness 🤧🤒

Come check us out as these colder months start--there's not alot to do in MB in the winter--may as well come get ripped 💪🏻 😀 by @afsteinbach

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!💜

We will be unstaffed today, but members still have 24/7 access! 💪

We hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving filled with love, laughter, good food, and maybe just one more slice of pie! 🥧😉

And remember… turkey has protein, so technically, Thanksgiving dinner is meal prep. 😂🦃

Stay thankful, stay strong, and enjoy your long weekend! 💜

We will be back to regular hours tomorrow!😁 by @afsteinbach
