AFTER DASH GLOW - 5KM NIGHT RUN, ISLAMABAD
Neon lights. Costumes. Medals. Midnight air.
The city was sleeping, we were glowing.
Some runs are about personal records.
This one was about people.
Every face in this picture has a story someone ran their first ever 5KM, someone brought wigs and masks to make everyone else smile.
That’s the Islamabad Running Community for you. You come as a stranger, you leave as a family.
Medal in hand, glitter on face, heart full.
Until next run. Keep glowing. by @afterglowdash

First run down, and many more to go! 🏅✨

Watching my 3-year-old take on the Afterglow Dash was pure joy, but the best part was seeing her reaction to the applause! 🥹

Massive thanks to the IRU organizers @islamabadrunwithus
@qasimnaz for going out of your way to cheer her on and give her that massive energy boost. You made her feel like a true champion! 👏🌟

Islamabad Afterglow Dash 2.0 Night Run

Two Races. Two Cities. One Day. A Remarkable Achievement!

The runners of Lahore Runners have achieved an incredible milestone by completing two separate 5K races in a single day, in two different cities!

🏃‍♂️ Morning: 5K race in Lahore
🏃‍♂️ Night: 5K race in Islamabad

Covering a total of 10 kilometres through two organised races, travelling from Lahore to Islamabad, and completing both on the same day!

Lahore Runners have set an extraordinary running milestone in Pakistan!

It's not just about the distance; it's about passion, dedication, determination, and an unstoppable love for running.

💙 Proud Moment for Lahore Runners!
