got to go to the nirvanna the fan meetup in the commons yesterday and had such a great time with everybody :) i wanted to make some stickers and i just didnt get around to it so i figured i'd share the design anyways. but i got a ton of freaking things from everyone else there like holy cow so many goodies ๐Ÿฅน๐Ÿฅน everyone was so creative and friendly and awesome it was a really great time!!! #ntbts #mabbl by @aftertigers
september was my beloved friend Blue's birthday and gotcha month! in celebration of the day i brought him home, i started hand sewing this pocket shrine to honor his memory and keep him in my pocket wherever i go :) i ended up spending the whole month tinkering away at it, and it felt really good to get wrapped up in a project with my whole heart attached to it this pocket altar was made in the style of a traditional catholic pocket oratory. the compact, foldable style is designed to let you set up a sacred space wherever you are in the world, especially when you're away from whats most precious to you. i may not be practicing catholic, but man they make some very compelling art, so i was greatly inspired by this practice to tend to my own spirituality and grief in this way this was a really great project to work on during september and i'm so pleased with the result!! ๐Ÿ‡๐Ÿชฝ materials include felt, reclaimed fabric from an ill-fitting blouse, embroidery thread, and needlefelted detailing. by @aftertigers

yesterday my beloved Bovi rex turned 7 years old!!! i can hardly believe he's been my friend for so long, and im endlessly entertained by him. losing Blue last summer was really devastating, but it would have been infinitely harder had Bovi not been there to support me. to my cup-stacking champion, i can't wait to see what other tricks we can learn together. i love you so much my sweet boy!!! ๐Ÿ’› #rabbit #minirex #rabbitart by @aftertigers

I am a blue dog that turned 23, and I like the same things as 13 year old me!!!! ๐Ÿบ๐ŸŒˆ๐ŸŒฆ๏ธ a little gift to myself to celebrate the day ๐Ÿฅณ๐ŸŽ‚ being in your early 20s is realizing everything you were ashamed of liking as a kid is actually awesome. be unashamed in your interests. dismantle cringe culture with your bare hands. once you stop hating yourself for enjoying things life is So Beautiful. so to honor that feeling here's a tribute to my very first sona, Cloud โ™ก on ANE weekend i was making some small talk with our uber driver who asked what we were up to that day. so i told him straight up that he was taking us to a furry convention (not that my fursuit head was hidden at all) and he absolutely lit up. we had a great conversation, and kept mentioning how he wished we had hopped in the car all dressed up. in that moment where i felt like lying and decided not to, i was so glad to have chose vulnerability and connected with a stranger. people talk big game online but in real life the general public is most often harmlessly curious about subculture. of course there are some actual assholes but they are truly such a small minority compared to the dozens of normal, interested people who will stop you to ask for a photo. i don't want to keep letting this fear of judgement stop me from experiencing things. i want to public suit and wear a crop top that shows off my fat hairy belly and screen a film that i worked on for weeks but kind of sucks!!!! all that to say, it's 2026 let's unlearn shame and become unstoppable together. my goal this year is to be unapologetically weird as fuck. and also to draw/post more.. my bad๐Ÿ˜ญ what are you gonna do this year? #art #furryart #webkinz #mlp #warriorcats by @aftertigers
happy new year's eve everypony ๐Ÿฅณ before the year ends i needed to share one last piece! this was a commission for the ever patient @bloodybuzzard that i started well over a year ago (yikes) from a sketch it did of it's ocs from it's comic series The Rotten Chests!!! i cannot overstate how much i love these goobers...... the story is just getting started but there are plenty of pages up to delve into. so if you're into furries and new wave and transgenders and doomed yaoi you need.. to give it a read.... genuinely there is so much heart and love behind these characters and i'm so ready to see what horrible evil things happen to them ๐Ÿ”๐Ÿ ๐Ÿชฒ thank you so much for trusting me with your vision Buzz :3 ๐Ÿฉท๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿค˜๐ŸŽธ๐Ÿ”ฅ #furryart #anthroart #furryartist #ocart #commission by @aftertigers
Happy Hearth's Warming Eve, everypony!!! ๐ŸŽ„๐ŸŽโ˜ƒ๏ธ i had the chance to participate in a secret santa with some wonderful artists and fellow Mastadons :) the pieces turned out so wonderful!!! i've been real pony brained as of late so I made a little rig of @mystiicorn 's alicorn sona Star Shower, and of course I couldnt forget the Hearth's Warming dolls ^^ please take a chance to check out Emily's amazing work especially Princess and Ruffian in A Night To Remember ๐Ÿฉท๐Ÿ’•!!! I hope you enjoy this as much as I enjoyed making it!! happy holidays everypony :] #mlp #mylittlepony #hearthswarming #hearthswarmingeve by @aftertigers
my beloved dm @bloodybuzzard has returned to its post with a vengeance after months being out of commission, so the dnd train is going full speed. i freaking love roleplaying made up scenarios with my friends!!!! our very first campaign is approaching its 2nd anniversary in january, so expect to see some very self indulgent art with a target audience of exactly 3 people ๐Ÿฅณ๐Ÿฅณ i oughta post about these characters more!!! #dnd #oc #fantasyart by @aftertigers
it's 9 years of Blue ๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‚๐Ÿฅณ๐ŸŽŠ!!! september will always be special to me, knowing the end of summer gave me the greatest gift of my whole life. i'll always celebrate his birthday ๐Ÿ’™ my big project for Blue is still in the making, so I wanted to make something to post for his special day :) he's all i want to make art about!! he always loved to sit on my shoulders or behind my head on a cushion. he's my little neck pillow :] by @aftertigers
