Work It Women’s Wednesday can be a day late… and that’s okay 😂

This week I want to highlight someone very special—my mom! My mother, Tristi, has been doing CrossFit with me for about 10 years, and she has personally been part of the CrossFit community for over 15 years.

She recently earned her CrossFit certification, something she has wanted for a long time. I am beyond proud of her dedication to athletics, her commitment to showing up every day, and the example she sets for me and so many other women. Her passion proves that strength, growth, and chasing your goals never have an age limit.

Watching her reach this milestone has been so inspiring, and I can’t wait to see all the athletes she continues to motivate and support. 💪

So this week, Work It Women’s Wednesday goes to my amazing mom. ❤️ taken in Heber City by @afton.rutter

Confidence, sparkle, and prom-night dreams✨♥️

@justgirlstuffprom Had the most AMAZING event. Modeling for this show was unlike any other, the amount of love and appreciation shown was astounding. Their prom collection is also 10/10.😉

I am so beyond grateful to be surrounded by such powerful, beautiful women. This show truly showcased the beauty of women as a unit, a true runway show. Being able to participate and represent the Heber Valley is something i’ll never take for granted. 🥹🏔️

Every day I’m reminded just how amazing the @wasatchwrestling @wasatchgirlswrestling community truly is. Tonight’s hall of fame banquet was incredible — from the silent auction and live auction to the yummiest desserts. @gourmandisethebakery ♥️🍰

It was truly a celebration of the heart and connection that make our valley feel like family.

I’m so honored to be a small part of this legacy. Heber City, thank you for letting me love you! 💛🏔️🤍 taken in Wasatch High School by @afton.rutter

I’m in awe of the incredible women around me. The grit, love, determination, and kindness they carry is beyond inspiring.

Tonight, I learned so much from the powerful stories shared by these speakers. Women are amazing; they do so much in our community. From mayor to makeup artist; the talent is unmatched. 💗 Way to go Heber City!!

Let’s continue to look around our community, grow together, and follow the amazing women who have paved the way. There is a place for you girls; no matter where you want it to be. ✨

With @missamerica wrapping up this week, I just want to take a moment of gratitude and share my love for the Miss America opportunity. This crown has meant more to me than I ever imagined. 💫♥️

Truthfully, I didn’t think I would be Miss Heber Valley. I poured in extra hours perfecting my walk, sharpening my interview skills, and managing my emotional state. But nothing could have prepared me for the moment they called my name.

Since then, I’ve gained lifelong friends, new skills, and lessons I’ll carry forever. This crown has been more than a title—it’s been a mirror, reminding me how powerful it is to truly connect with myself. 💖

Whether you’ve never done a pageant, you’ve won Miss America, or you’re a consistent runner-up—keep going. Keep trying. This world is like no other, and I’m forever grateful to call myself Miss Heber Valley. 🥹👑
