Volition Disco Elysium art: ive been wanting to make art on my favourite skill in the game and created a portrait in my style. Volition is memorable for what it says to you through the game and just has some amazing lines such as the ones you can hear.

I did yoink the audio from Tiktok a while ago to save and use for this. Also had to re-upload because it kept bugging the text. #discoelysiumart #discoelysium #discoelysiumfanart #digitalart #volition by @afuriousartist

Stuck dreaming: I wanted to create something more personal to me and that relfects a feeling about so much going on and somethina tied to what im passionate about showing at the moment

Im not too sure what others miaht feel from this piece but I have been so drawn to daily life, pressures, structure and many more things ill leave blank but this is something Ive wanted to make for a while. I was planning on an animation but that might be a project for future. I also wanted to tie this in to the themes thats consumed my summer for research.

Dune: wanted to just make a piece with the same look from the films, The two planets may not even be in the books or film but wanted to have something there. Just keeping up with drawing backgrounds.

Whats left?: first time ever trying something like this and also using some similar approaches to previous background drawings. I got inspiration (very obvious inspo) from the Huge ship/robot in Planet of Lana for the designs.

TRAUMA TEAM: recently read a bit of the Cyberpunk 2077 comic and plan to make some more pieces because it is mesmerising to read. Here is a piece inspired by the first story called Trauma Team, I got the background from screenshotting a location in-game.

Klaasje, Disco Elysium: one of my favourite characters from the game; her complexity and significance to the story have had a large impact on me, as she is imperfect, soft-spoken, and carries more baggage than most with memorable moments and lines through the game.

@vampiricthing_ is a direct reference here with permission to make a portrait using my style and capturing some of Disco Elysium and its iconic look. Go check out her page for cosplays of Disco Elysium characters and more. I am very grateful I got to work on this.

My edited photography:

Ive tried taking a break and doing some other stuff inbetween the videogame art and Disco Elysium. I love practicing and getting cool shots to edit and just wanted to dump these here instead of my personal account.

BLOATED CORPSE OF A DRUNK: Disco Elysium dream sequence art. This is a very dark point in the game and one I encountered recently when playing again that was brutal to listen to. This game has its memeroble moments but it too can leave you feeking awful or in tears. This was one of the many moments in the game that perfectly represented Harry and his struggle.

I made the art myself based of the portrait in the dream sequence. I got the audio myself this time around.

Shivers: be Vigilant, I love you (disco elysium art I made)

I have started making some of my favourite skills from Disco Elysium and their impact on me and in game. Shivers for me is by far the best skill alongside Volition with some poetic lines not only wrote but delivered perfectly by Lenval Brown. Im definitely gonna make more so if you have a favourite skill let me know (its gonna take a while but im alsonreplaying the game and possibly collecting quotes) I did take the audio from tiktok for this.

Something beautiful is going to happen: Harry Du Bois.

I made a portrait piece of him not too long ago, but I knew I could have done better, so I've spent about 6+ hours making this. I wanted to show a bright and actually happy Harry, so he looks a bit younger here. I said id be making more Disco Art and ill in future work on more skill trees and possibly make art as I progress through the game hopefully. #discoelysium #discoelysiumfanart #discoelysiumart #digitalart #portraitart by @afuriousartist
