Flashed glass “Chemist” sign 👨‍🔬

Another piece here that has been inspired by Rawson and Evans decorative glass co. from the USA, this time with coloured glass.

I was fascinated to see how it would look after reading about this technique…. Here’s the results 👍

"Gemstones" transom window sign at @djinnjewellery Wexford st.

Gold gilded halfblock lettering on a glue chipped clear glass background.

Got a nice chip on this piece, which the lighting picks up... you can get the idea off the pics / vids. Didn't manage to be get many process shots this time.

Shout out to Simon & Sneha 🙏

Some shots from J. Dowse & Son - Carnew, Co. Wicklow.

Traditional shopfront lettering “reproduction” of original signage from 1920. The letters aren’t exact replicas but I’ve tried to reproduce the overall style & aesthetic of the original letterforms.

Shout out to the people of Carnew 🙌

With thanks to Wicklow co. Council
