Together with @3amclub and @cybex_global, we created a space just for mamas: babywearing dance with the new Coya baby carrier, good energy, and a sunny lunch to wrap it all up.

🏃🏻‍♀️Retour sur ce défi:

Plus d’un an sans courir… je vous avoue que quand @cybex m’a proposé de participer au @ellebelgique Run, j’ai un peu hésité. Allais-je y arriver? Comment allait réagir mon corps face à ce sport qu’on qualifie souvent d’ingrat? Et surtout, quand allais-je prendre le temps de m’entraîner?

Au final, j’ai dit oui et… c’était génial!

D’une part, je me suis rendue compte que le corps a une mémoire et que je savais toujours courir plusieurs km sans trop de difficulté. Ensuite, on n’a pas mis la barre haute. Avec Thomas et 🐣, on s’est organisé une sortie par semaine jusqu’à l’événement, généralement, pour aller rejoindre une partie de sa famille qui habite proche de la maison (on espère bien garder cette habitude car on adore ce mix famille/sport/sortie nature).

Bref… on est souvent limité par notre esprit et il suffit parfois d’une occasion pour sortir de sa zone de confort/peurs.
