Crazy part? I used to think discipline was just “train hard and sweat.”
But now I know it's also:

• How you think when nobody is watching
• How you speak to yourself after a bad race
• How you show up when you don’t feel like it
• How you clap for yourself even when others don’t

I’m still learning. Still growing. Still showing up.

Some of these I learned on the track. Some I learned watching people give up too early, including myself on bad days. None of them came easy that’s probably why they stuck.
