Pinch me 🥹 🎧 The Life In Bold Show is officially available to stream on Spotify and Apple Podcasts. This has been almost 3 years in the making for me. A journey filled with doubts, fears and distractions so to see the finished product go live is something that feels incredibly surreal. I’ve built businesses, run in-person events but for some reason this feels different. It feels bigger. This is my love letter back to the self-help world that saved me on my darkest days. My chance to be more than just “the start a business guy”. This is my real, unfiltered self, who hopes that this show is the beginning of my legacy. A positive impact on those who need it most, the same way it did for me. We all want to help each other in one way or another. That is what truly gives our lives purpose. I hope this show helps you find yours and the cycle continues. Allow me to reintroduce myself 🎶 Hi I’m Adrian 👋 and I’m so glad you’re here! It’s pretty hard to sum up your whole life’s purpose in under 90s but this is pretty close. If you are new here then welcome, I am so excited for us to go on this journey called life together. For those who have been around for a while, thank you for all your support thus far, it means more than you know. The In Bold community is something that I am so proud of and even if being you here made your day 1% better, happier, easier or lighter then that will be enough for me. Life is short and life is hard but it can also be pretty beautiful and equally amazing if you know where to look. This is my legacy. The truth is, I nearly forgot to celebrate this. In fact, I wasn’t even going to make a post about it. I was so caught up in the busy day to day and focused on where I was going next, that I forgot to take a moment to appreciate where I’ve come from. There’s a version of me from five years ago who would be so proud of the life I’ve built today. That’s the person I needed to pause for. To stop and remember how sh*t things once were and how, although not without its challenges, life has become insanely amazing since then. Yes, I’m still working my butt off every day. Yes, I still juggle two jobs and a full-time business. Yes, some days I want to scream and cry. Some days I still find myself questioning everything. But as a whole, it is a privilege to feel the pressures that come from building something worth getting out of bed for. It’s a privilege to wake up healthy, to work hard, to make a positive impact and to help others do the same. I’m lucky to have the support and the people around me who build me up and support my ridiculous ambition. What a privilege it is to even have the choice to take risks, to explore what’s possible, and to back yourself in the pursuit of more. Not everyone gets to do that. Not everyone has the support or the space to do this. It is not something to be taken for granted. There’s someone out there who would look at a version of your life and pray that one day it could be theirs. This article shares not only the practical manifestation techniques you can use to get where you want to go, but it also serves as a reminder: if you don’t push yourself, if you don’t step into the highest version of you, you’ll never actually get there. One day, you could be miserable and stuck in a life you hate. And then one day, you could wake up featured in a national magazine as an expert in what you do. You are limitless, if you choose to be. Call me crazy but all of this for frozen yogurt?! 🤯🤯🤯 I will give it to @iloveyochi.uk @iloveyochi - This is such a good example of a cult brand operating at its finest. 👏🏼🤌🏼 And the crazy thing is that it’s not even a UK thing. Yochi in Australia is exactly the same. It doesn’t even have to be warm night and there is always a line out the door. Personally I believe it’s because they were the first of it’s kind and so they dominated the market and built trust with an audience for so long that they are now seen as the elite of the elite when it comes to frozen yoghurt with self-serve toppings. Think about it, there are so many other frozen yoghurt places out there but why does it feel like there is only one Yochi!? And that although they all have the exact same business model and concept, nothing will ever be as good as the OG!? The answer 👇 A strong brand who built trust early is a brand that lasts. So much so that you can then take the brand to another country and open a 3 level shop and have a 3 hour long line down the street. 😮 What do you think is Yochi worth the hype or overrated?
