Healing takes time.

Years of inflammation don’t resolve in a week. That’s not a failure of effort, and it’s not a reason to stop.

Most of the people we work with arrive after being told there’s nothing more to do.

What we’ve found is that the timeline is usually longer than anyone promised, and slower than anyone wants.

I’m Amber, board certified family nurse practitioner (FNP-C).

I was the nurse. Then I was the one nobody could figure out.

In 2016 a doctor told me my organs were shutting down.

I saw an oncologist.
I had a lymph node biopsy and a bone marrow biopsy.

Everything came back clean.

I was still exhausted.
I still couldn't get through a day with my kids.

Every specialist told me some version of the same thing: my labs were off and nobody knew why.

When I brought up the black mold in our house, they looked at me like I was crazy.

It took years, and a move across the country, before a doctor finally gave me an answer.

And what I learned was that the mold was one piece of it, not the whole thing.

This is why I built Ageless Blonde. For the women who get told they're fine when they know they aren't.

The hardest part wasn't being sick. It was not knowing where to start.

So I put together the Toxic Burden Guide.
💬 Comment MOLD and I'll send it.

This one took everything from me before it gave me everything I have now. 🤍

Ten years ago, my life fell apart. Mold exposure, and doctor after doctor who couldn’t figure out what was wrong, or worse, told me nothing was wrong at all. I was dismissed, misdiagnosed, and left to figure it out on my own. That was the beginning of everything.

It sent me down a path I never expected, into longevity, biohacking, root-cause medicine, learning everything I possibly could because no one else was going to do it for me.

Along the way, I built a life that looked perfect from the outside. Celebrity clients. Stable money. But my body was still paying the price for those years, and eventually I had to choose: stay comfortable, or bet on myself completely.

I chose myself.

I am officially a board certified Nurse Practitioner. And everything I went through, the years of being dismissed, the mold, the searching, the doctors who gave up on me, it all led here.

For every woman who has been told there’s nothing wrong with her: I built this for you. Because I was you. 🤍

I’m just getting started. Follow along.

I’m a nurse practitioner. This was all one morning. 😅

Laptop in the kitchen drawer. Purse in the microwave. Keys in the fridge and milk in the cupboard, which I’d like noted is at least internally consistent.

A full roll of toilet paper through a complete wash cycle and into the dryer. I have no explanation for that one and I’ve stopped looking for one.

And then I watered my child.

My sister asked if I’d taken my peps yet. I had not.

💬 If you’re new here, comment GUIDE and I’ll send you my free beginner’s guide.

For years I was the patient no one could figure out.

MRIs. Bloodwork. Specialist after specialist. I was told it was stress, told it was in my head, told my labs looked “normal” while I could barely get out of bed.

I was gaslit by the people I trusted to help me. So I stopped waiting for permission and started looking for answers myself. Eventually I went back to school and became the provider I needed back then.

Today I get to run with my daughter. I get to stand in front of rooms full of women who are where I used to be. And I get to sit across from women every day and actually listen.

If you’re reading this and you feel exhausted, dismissed, or like you’re losing yourself and no one can tell you why, I want you to hear this:

You are not crazy. You are not lazy. And you are not alone.

You deserve someone who takes you seriously.

I started keeping @troscriptions in my everyday routine and noticed a difference in my afternoons.

I can’t speak to anyone else’s experience and this isn’t medical advice, but for me it was worth it.

“Everything looks normal.”

I heard that for years while I was too sick to get off the couch.

Here’s what I eventually understood. That sentence means nothing on the panel they ran came back flagged. That’s all it means. It is not the same as being thoroughly evaluated, and it is definitely not the same as being fine.

Standard panels are built to catch disease. They aren’t built to explain why you don’t feel like yourself. Two different questions, and most of us only ever get the first one answered.

Nobody explained that difference to me. I worked it out on my own, slowly, while feeling terrible, and it cost me most of a decade.

You shouldn’t have to do that.

💬 Comment LABS and I’ll send you the full list of what’s worth asking for, including the timing rules nobody mentions.

“Everything looks normal.”

I heard that sentence for years while I was sick enough that I couldn’t get off the couch.

It took a long time to understand that it usually doesn’t mean nothing is wrong. It means nothing on the panel they ran was wrong, and standard panels are built to catch disease, not to explain why you don’t feel like yourself.

Those are two completely different questions.
So here’s what I think is worth asking about before you spend money on anything else. Not because a lab result is a diagnosis, and not because any one number explains a person.

But because you cannot make a good decision about your health without actually seeing the data.

The thyroid one is the gap I see most.

TSH alone is the standard, and it’s one test out of six that paint the actual picture.

The second most common is fasting insulin, which tends to move years before fasting glucose does and almost never gets ordered unless you request it specifically.

Swipe through for the rest, including the timing rules. When you get drawn changes what the numbers say, and nobody tells you that part.
Two things I want to be clear about.

This is education, not medical advice, and none of it replaces a provider who knows your history.

And “ask for these” means ask, as in bring this to the person who orders your labs and have a real conversation about which ones make sense for you.

Save this one. Bring it to your next appointment.

If you want all of this in one place, I put the full version into a free guide.

The complete baseline panel, the timing rules, and which deeper tests are worth considering when the basics leave questions.

💬 Comment LABS and I’ll send it over.

Which peptide should I take.

I get some version of that question every day, and I understand why. It’s the question everyone online is answering.

What almost none of them tell you is how confident to be in the answer.

Some of what you read about peptides is well established. Some of it is one small study. Some of it has only been studied in rats.

And some of it is marketing with a citation attached so it looks like science.

If you can’t tell which is which, you’re not really making a decision.

You’re taking someone’s word for it.

That’s why I built The Ageless Reset.
Over 50 lessons on what peptides are, what the research is actually exploring, where the evidence is still thin, and what to ask before starting anything.

It won’t tell you what to take.
It’ll tell you how to think about what you’re reading.
