what actually happens at each level of working with us.

MA is a single conversation.
YUI is full execution on one event.
EN is the ongoing kind — the tier built for people who want us in the room more than once.

AGENCY KITSUNE…is what happens when I stop separating the parts of how I think and just let them work as one practice.

Everything comes back to timing.

The right room, the right day, the right moment for something to actually land…

you don’t get seated. you get placed.

This one was governed by wood energy — always moving, social, driven, playful, casual.

We arrived by boat, because wood energy doesn’t sit still. The tableware was collected, not curated — pieces gathered over time, not matched from a set. Natural stone tiles underfoot &laughter everywhere, which is really proof that the work here was done.

Feng shui and Chinese astrology aren’t decoration here — they’re how we decide what an event should feel like before we decide what it looks like. This is what that actually produces.

timing shows up everywhere, once you know how to read it.

the date a dinner is set. the season a trip is taken. the way light moves through a room before anyone walks in. all of it is Chinese astrology in practice — not decoration, decision-making.

some marks you have to look twice to see. that’s usually the point.

縁 (en) — THE TIE THAT WASN’T PLANNED.

Not the connections you build. The ones that find you anyway — the introduction that shouldn’t have happened, the room you walked into by accident, the person who turns out to matter for reasons you couldn’t have designed for.

We can’t manufacture serendipity. But we can build the conditions for it — the right timing, the right amount of space for something unplanned to happen. What feels random was never entirely accidental.

Serendipity is a form of design. What feels like luck, we set the table for.

縁 is the last of our three pillars at Agency Kitsune. Look closely — even what finds you by chance was still waiting to be found.
