When a buyer asks us at a showing,
“Where does the sun rise and set?”

You’d be surprised how often we get asked that!! Especially in Louisville, where mature trees can completely change how much natural light a house, backyard, garden or pool gets throughout the day.

This map is called ShadeMap. It gives you a visual of how the sun and shade move across a property at different times of day and it’s incredibly helpful when you’re house hunting. It’s also just really fun haha!
