🏡✨ NEW HOMEOWNER ALERT ✨🏡 Help me congratulate @itsme_mara_c on officially becoming a HOMEOWNER! 🔑🥂 Tamara and I connected back in January, and from the beginning, there was ONE thing she knew for sure — the neighborhood she wanted to call home. 📍❤️ We actually submitted an offer on another property first and didn’t get it. But sometimes the house that doesn’t work out makes room for the one that does! We ended up finding a home in the location she wanted that needed a little love but had SO much potential — including a great yard and plenty of opportunity to make it her own. 🏡✨ New Homeowner Alert✨🏡 Help me congratulate @simpleetiel on becoming a HOMEOWNER! 🔑🥂 This closing was a long time coming, and I couldn’t be happier to see her finally settled in and THRIVING in her new home. ❤️ Our journey definitely had a few unexpected turns. We had an extended settlement and even had to switch lenders along the way, which meant reworking her entire file. But Chatiel stayed the course.
