Part one of my interview with former International Heptathlete Jackie Kinsella @agentjac talking about her time on @gladiatorstv and how Richard Branson & Dailey Thompson helped play a part in her auditioning for the show, plus the reaction after her first episode aired on ITV. by @agentjac

Part Two of my interview with Jackie Kinsella (@agentjac) talking about being a reserve for International @gladiatorstv which not only resulted in her being drafted into competition at very short notice, but also produced one of the most dramatic Eliminators in the history of Gladiators, including a backstory that got completely edited out when it first aired globally in 1996. She also discusses what she’s been up to since which includes becoming an author and the release of her book Beth Saunders - The Secret Life Of A Flight Attendant. This is a sexy little bit of wellness 😍…. Coming March 27

💦 NEW: Spring Water Max 💦
(SW MAX)

Not just filtered water….Hydrogen-rich water

Most machines clean the water and stop.

Spring Water Max starts with a
6-stage system with RO + Arctic mineral infusion, then infuses molecular hydrogen (H₂) into every glass. 🫧

🧼 Straight out of the machine:
Removes 99.9% of contaminants — then puts the good stuff back.

What that means in one sentence:
dirty water in → clean, mineral-balanced, hydrogen-charged water out.

🔬 Why the hydrogen is the real flex:
H₂ is the smallest molecule in the universe. Research on hydrogen-rich water suggests it may act as a selective antioxidant, help with oxidative stress, support recovery, and turn on the body’s own antioxidant pathways (Nrf2).

Think:
⚡ more “ready” water after a workout
🧠 cleaner hydration for focus
🔥 less oxidative junk in the glass

⌚ Bonus: The Oly Smart Bracelet

Control it from your wrist.

Adjust temperature + minerals so the water matches right now —
ice-cold and crisp,
warm and mineral-rich,
or hot in seconds.

Best water for the moment.
Not a one-setting-fits-all device.

🚿 The stack:
6️⃣ 6-stage filter
🌀 Reverse osmosis
❄️ Arctic mineral infusion
🧲 Magnetisation
💥 Molecular hydrogen
⌚ Oly Smart Bracelet AI customisation

💧 99.9% cleaner.
🧬 Hydrogen-infused.
⌚ Personalized from your wrist.

If you’re keen to experience cleaner, healthier water, drop a 💦 in the comments or DM me to get on the waitlist 🙏❤️💦

My pappa would have been 79 today…it’s been 6 years since he got his wings. I still don’t get how that much time has passed so quickly.
I still miss him
I still want to call him so I can here his voice
I still talk to him

It’s true what they say about grief, it never truly leaves you…it settles somewhere in the deep recesses of your heart and occasionally comes up to remind you of what you have lost, but more importantly it also reminds us of how lucky we were to have felt so much love ❤️🙏❤️

On a lighter note, I had to post that 3rd photo. I’m wondering what possessed me to wear such a combination of colours…those tights and those slippers 😜

And here I was thinking I had it, “all goon’ onnnn” 😂

Just going through some of my old stuff and found this interview… how funny…and not so funny how the cost of living has skyrocketed.
Can’t get a credit card to save my life now, which is probably a good thing, except missing out on all the points 🤔 but cash is king anyway..and oh how I’d love those discounted flights…ya’ll know I LOVE to travel 😜🥰 #flightattendant #virginatlantic #budget by @agentjac

So I’m getting on a bus in Antibes and bump into the gorgeous Jo Bloom. Although we’d never met before, Jo and I walked the aisles together for @virginatlantic back in the 90’s. We had a great chat reminiscing about mutual friends and trips, I felt the old pang of “misoutitis” 😜✈️👠👠 as I do now and again when it comes to my flight attendant days ❤️ But here’s the thing…Virgin aren’t in France, Jo just happened to be on her way to the UK, I was meant to get on a different bus, and I just happened to have a spare copy of my book “Beth Saunders-The secret life of a flight attendant “ in my bag…so, it was one of those beautiful serendipitous moments that life brings. I hope Jo loves the 📕 and I’m grateful that I got to step back in time for a moment 🥰 Thanks Jo 🙏#bethsaundersthesecretlifeofaflightattendant #flightattendants #airhostess #books #author #romantic #comedy #lovestory #love #itsnotme by @agentjac

Clearing out some stuff on my thumb drive and came across this photo. I was a bit bummed thinking I’d lost it.
I loved the feeling of flying over that bar in my lucky socks 😁🥰
Wearing number 3 (my fave number) at the European Cup in Arles, France, doing my personal best of 1.81m. ❤️🤟

Seems like an eternity… 2002.

This was a very difficult day for my dad, he couldn’t even bring himself to make a speech, but that was only because he didn’t want all eyes on him.

He was there to hand me over, and he was there to catch me when life crumbled.

We shared a very special bond…one that will always stay in my heart ❤️

Can’t believe you would’ve been 78 today (Uk time)

Back in 2019, I made a plan with my little nuggets to get some of my poems put into children’s books (I know it’s quite the contrast to a sexy romantic novel, but I figured if James Patterson can do psychological thrillers and then turn his hand to poetry...Surely, I can break the norm too😁

The next minute, it’s 2024 and I finally did my first one #aboutbloodytime
Now it’s 2025 and after a few colour hic ups, and the old ‘time flies and the next minute a year has almost past scenario’ 🤫 I’m finally ready to share it with you all xx

When my bubs were younger, I’d talk to them every night about my nightly trips to ‘Fairyland’ as a child. I told them what it looked like, who I would meet there and how I would fly on my magic carpet, or jump on my magical unicorn. Soon enough, all three of us were meeting there every night and we’d talk about it the next day...and even though our trips are not as regular now, we still do 😍
I’m pretty sure I still get just as much pleasure from it as they do #nevergrowup

So anyway, this is my first attempt of many. I have about 8 more of the series in the pipeline, from a pretty cool gang of teddy bears 😁🥰#needtogetontoit

“Sweet Dreams” suits children aged 0-5 (or so I thought, mine love it!) and it’s available at the moment on all amazon platforms.

As always, appreciate your support whether you are into hot sexy flight attendants or magical unicorns, I’ve got you covered😘🤟🙌🙏. #bookstagram #childrensbook #author #books #poetry #fairyland #love
