Officially CLOSED on this beautiful Santa Clarita home! 🔑🥂

This one will forever be an escrow I’ll remember. We opened escrow the same day I went into labor — and yes, I was literally negotiating this deal while having contractions. 😂 Talk about real estate life!

But through it all, we kept things moving, negotiated on behalf of my buyers, worked through inspections, contingencies and all the little details that come with getting a deal across the finish line.

And now my clients are officially homeowners of this beautiful property. 🤍 They couldn’t be happier, and neither could I.
