It’s here!! Happy Release Day to our new record, Fine Thanks and You 💐🥳. Available everywhere, and also through us directly on @bandcamp (it also happens to be Bandcamp Friday today!). We are ever grateful for this process of creation, what it means to follow a flicker of an idea into fruition. It feels surreal to be setting these songs free. But here they are. They’re yours now too 🔥 👐 by @agesandages

Making this video for Wild Ride was truly one of the most joyful experiences to ever be had 🎥🌈. Such a kind and creative group of people working together to make something out of nothing, and having fun in the process. Link to full video in the bio, we hope you enjoy 💐 💐. Special thanks to Anika Kan Grevstad for directing, Lauren Lukow for producing, and to Open Signal for providing us a space to make art ☔️ ☁️ 🐚🔎

Every music fan has that artist they can’t stop recommending.

In this Analog Algorhythm conversation, Tim and Mira of @agesandages share the records and songwriters they’ve been passing along lately, from Cameron Winter and @geesebandnyc to @tele_novella_tx @shaneleonardstuff and @sundeje

Watch the reel, then tell us: What’s the last song you texted to a friend?

See Ages and Ages at Trout Lake Hall on Friday, October 16th.

🚐 🍂 drove into Chicago and in no particular order: dined on our first Chicago dogs. Drank a lot of beer. drove excitedly to exactly two music stores that ended up being closed. Got to play again with @shaneleonardstuff and become bigger fans of his music. @robertswestside was a vortex of magic, with the most excellent sound, and the kindest people. I think there’s a vulnerability to touring, maybe just a concentrated version of what life always is, but it asks you to put yourself in the hands of the present moment. And when what you find in that space is connection and meaning, I think it’s a reminder of what is possible. and we feel so grateful for that.

🚐 Midwest tour rolls to its final destination tonight in Chicago (or thereabouts) at @robertswestside with @shaneleonardstuff. It’s been a wild, white-knuckled ride through the deluge and downpour ⚡️⛈️⚡️but we’ve met some kind and generous people along the way and even got to play music in TWO different barns. Many thanks to everyone who came out, and if you’re in or around Chicago, come help us wrap the whole thing up tonight 💐 💐 by @agesandages

Going back just a pinch of time to some highlights from our LA show at @permanentrecordsroadhouse in the very beginning of summer, looking forward to our trip to the Midwest in a little over a week to celebrate the very end of summer!

See you soon…

Look at the SEVEN people that make this band happen, hauling all manner of heavy equipment up and down this particular set of stairs every week to be humans in a basement together making music. Grateful for the opportunity to carry that with us all the way to the Midwest this month ✈️ into new rooms (that aren’t basements) with more humans (that aren’t just us) and fewer stairs (hopefully). 🌺 🌺 by @agesandages

We’ve been hearing about him for years and all the beautiful ways he’s woven through the Midwest music scene, community, and beyond. This Wednesday Aug 5 we play in Seattle at @canlisrestaurant (outside in the summer!!!) as part of their concert series benefitting @visionhouseseattle, which is a nonprofit offering traditional housing for families with children experiencing homelessness. Also on the bill are @itssealemon and @cececoakley. We are so honored to be playing at this historic Seattle restaurant with other great artists for such a meaningful cause. But also, we’re gonna bring the party 😎 🎉 . Tickets on sale now (check the link) 🤍 by @agesandages
