EXEC SPOTLIGHT 👑💕🏹
Introducing our 2026-27 President, Leah De Hoyos!
“My name is Leah, and I’m a junior Education major with a minor in Philosophy from Pharr, Texas. I joined Arrows when I first came to A&M, so I got the best of both worlds: learning what it meant to be an Aggie and what it meant to be an Arrow. I had the chance to find such an amazing group of girls because of a flyer that was handed to me at Club Crawl, formerly known as MSC Open House. Because of that flyer, I’ve spent so much of my time with girls who I have not only grown alongside, but who have also taught me so much about friendship, leadership, and myself. Gaining a sisterhood was never something freshman-year Leah expected, but looking back, I know that somehow, all roads would have led me to Arrows.” by @aggiearrows

Introducing our 2026-27 Public Relations Director, Madison Rangel!
“Hiiii!! I’m Madison Rangel, a senior philosophy major with a minor in communications from Austin, Texas! I joined arrows in Fall 2025 looking for a community of positive and passionate women, and I’m so grateful for all of the friendships and memories it has given me! The girls I’ve met through arrows have pushed me to step outside of my comfort zone and become a more confident, driven version of myself. They gave me the confidence to run for PR director, which is something I probably never would have had the courage to do on my own. ➡️ Swipe to learn more about our girls!

💌 Melani Acosta
“Hiii everyone!! I’m Melani Acosta, a Class of 2028 Construction Science major from Dallas, Texas! I’m happiest when I’m outdoors, whether it it’s hiking at a national park, finding a new place to explore, or just laying in my hammock reading a good book and enjoying the sunset. When I joined Arrows in the spring of my freshman year, what stood out to me right away was how comfortable I felt being myself. That was something I knew I wanted in my college experience, and I’m so grateful I found it in AGA!I hope to carry that feeling forward this year and help our new members find the same place of belonging that made Arrows so special to me.”
