New venture alert!

I’ve been a mortgage broker for 10 years now and while I love it, I’m a very driven person and have felt for a while I could be doing more.

From today, I’m selling houses too.

For years I’ve helped clients buy them, refinance them, plan around them. I know their numbers. I know what they’re working towards. And every time they needed to sell, I had to point them elsewhere.

That never sat right with me.

So I built something. Aggi Christou by EXP is live. Estate agency running alongside my existing mortgage business, fewer clients, more attention, and one joined-up process from start to finish.

NO DEPOSIT

The single biggest issue for people trying to buy a house. Nowadays a lot of people earn decent money as a household, but when factoring all bills (especially when renting) there’s not often any money left at the end of the month in order to save for your own home.

If this sounds like you, this may be the solution. A select few lenders can accept a bank loan as your deposit so if the numbers fit and you can afford to pay back a bank loan as well as a mortgage, let’s chat!

Bank Vs Broker ….. FIGHT

Not really, it wouldn’t even be fair. This highlights the key differences when working with one single bank or a broker.

1. Working with a broker is quicker, they’re more flexible in time frames to speak with you.

2. Brokers look at dozens of lenders so can compare what the bank can offer to everyone else too so chances are there’s a better deal out there, whether it be today or in the coming weeks/months.

3. The bank can’t advise you on what to do, they order take. A broker, or “advisor” listens to your situation and makes a recommendation based on your situation which makes most clients much more comfortable by helping to make the right decision.

4. Rate reviews! Banks won’t inform you if a better deal is available between submission and completion, brokers can, I work with a software that notifies me so it’s idiot proof!
