This is my pal @tanyawinsnes 💗

We met in 2022 and its been so fun ever since. We laugh, go deep, cry, grow, wonder, create, learn, study, joke, question.

And now we have crafted a beautiful yoga weekend to welcome the second half of 2026 and set the tone for what we want to make of it!

We have fun together, we bring the Canadian and Colombian spice, passion and warm heart, and we are both dedicated yogis committed to sharing our practice.

This will be beautiful!

Med Tanya og Silvana

Tanya og Silvana har begge over 500 timers yogautdanning, i tillegg til en rekke videreutdanninger og spesialkurs. De brenner for mennesker, helse, helhet og healing. Med røtter fra Canada og Colombia før de kom til Norge, bringer de med seg varme, lidenskap, omsorg, åpenhet og solid kunnskap.

Denne helgen byr på et variert program med yoga, Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra, bevegelse utendørs, bål, turer i naturen og inspirerende samtaler mens vi sammen ser frem mot en ny sesong.

For deg som ønsker å bli hele helgen, finnes det vakre rom med spa-følelse. Da kan du senke skuldrene, slippe bilkjøringen og nyte en avslappende weekend.

Du kan også glede deg til nydelig mat, hyggelig fellesskap og dyktige, omsorgsfulle yogainstruktører.

Because I care -about me, you, us, our nature, life- I choose hand and soulcrafted elements for all the seasons. Natural fibers, care-ful weaving. Magic every where I go.

Its what I touch, what I see, what I interact with. May it be rich in stories, in love, in magic, in tradition. May it be human, and rich in well-th for all. May there be no doubt about its impact, its goodness, on me, you, them, us, the planet. May it care -all the way.

May it cultivate connection to self, to others, to nature.

In nature, in the natural, the human: I trust.

I am a shinny cold snowball to destructive fire.
I am neo: seeing, dodging then holding the bullets before letting them drop to the floor.
I am where bombs neutralize, melt, with infinite light, love, peace.

I am a safe space.

I am peace, love and light -whereever i go.

Just as one meets our child's emotions without reacting, without resentment, keeping score, giving them back, or expanding the pain, the anger, the anguish...

just like that -I am the same for him, for her, for them, for you, for us. for the system. for all.

I am infinite peace, light and love.

I am the place where bombs melt into. where war, hate, fear and anger end.

I am a dead end for pain, violence, abuse.

graciously. in joy.

I am alchemy, transformation, transmutation, creation, life. Alive.

DREAM WORKS has been in the making for quite some time... and Im SO happy to be able to share it with you all today!

Its an IN PERSON experience. In Nesoddtangen, Norge.

We will be vision casting, dream working and life crafting. 4 modules/sessions, practical exercises to honor the spring start and engage with our lives with the active energy of this fire horse.

Studying the true self
Requires courage. to see, to stay open, and continue to choose love. life.

Words have depths.
With different depths come different meanings, different understandings.

We are not our mind or our thoughts, yet they do shape who we are and how we live.

However, we have the power to choose.
