Next weekend, July 25–26, the culinary world will gather in New Orleans for the Pastry World Cup Americas Selection and the Bocuse d’Or Americas Selection.

This is an important milestone on the Road to Lyon 2027, where the qualified teams will earn their place to compete on the world’s greatest culinary stage at the finals in January 2027.
