What does packaging have to do with regenerative agriculture, you may ask? Glass, packaging, and distribution account for 40-60% of vineyard and winery emissions — which makes packaging and farming the two areas where our industry can truly move the needle on emissions and resilience. You can see and feel a regenerative ethos when you open a package of wine devoid of plastics and polymers and pull out a bottle in lighter-weight (or, better yet, reusable) glass.

I didn't design MINDSET as just another conference. This is about building community and catalyzing change.

The Central Coast is home to thousands of thoughtful growers and winemakers — and I wanted to give them a gathering built around our regenerative future.

That's what MINDSET is: the first wine industry symposium dedicated to the regenerative transition, and to moving from thought to action. 24 leading voices.
