Here’s a little something to get to know me better—nickname edition! Mom has all kinds of nicknames for me, ranging from Goober (hence “agoobernamedloki”), Lokers, Bugger, and various variations!

Which nickname is your favorite and what silly nicknames did your paw-rents give you?

Happy Monday friends and welcome to another supervisor Loki renovation recap—Outdoor edition!

First, mom got started laying a brick border on our front path. She’s no expert but I’ll let the imperfections slide since this was the first time she’s ever done this!

Next, the yard got as regraded as it was going to get so grass seed was put down! I can’t wait to frolic through a luscious lawn again!

Then, to top off the yard work mom, dad, and two friends dug up that birch tree and moved it into the side yard. Here’s to hoping that tree makes it!

After all the hard work, I got cozied up on the sofa and rested! Stay tuned with us as we tackle more renovation projects!

Taking a moment away from the renovations to appreciate the beauty that is this incredible season!

Whoever said patience was a virtue did not know what they were talking about! Just give me the treat already! 😋

Mom and Dad were taking WAY too long to renovate the yard… so I took matters into my own paws. 🐾

The project: regrading the backyard.
Their approach: carefully adding dirt to low areas. My approach: JUST TEAR IT ALL UP!

Honestly, if you want something done right, you have to get your paws dirty. 😤

Project status: Behind schedule? Not anymore. Grass destroyed. Supervisor satisfied. 🫡😂

Does your dog also think they’re the only competent employee on the job site?

Happy Monday and welcome to another Supervisor Loki renovation recap! It’s been a busy time with some big projects underway!

To start with the small stuff though, dad hun mom’s painting up on the wall so the hallway is one step closer to completion!

Now for the big stuff…Dad started regrading the yard and moving the driveway/parking area. Naturally I watched from the deck where I could get a good view. So far, MY yard is looking like a mess. Mom and dad better get it back to pristine condition soon!

All the yard supervising was pretty exhausting so then I took a nice nap.

Lastly, mom and dad got the heat sorted for the winter and got their boiler replaced. This was not a DIY job they were qualified for so we got a little professional help. Here’s to a warmer house this winter!

That wraps up this renovation update. Stay tuned for more details on the yard work and future living room renovations as the demolition stage wraps up there!

I said I wanted to go outside. I never said I wanted to get WET. 🌧️🐾

Mom opened the door, I stepped outside, assessed the situation, and immediately requested to speak with management.

Rain detected. Outdoor activities canceled. Returning to my regularly scheduled indoor lounging. 🫡

I am a fluffy American Eskimo, not a waterfowl. Please respect my boundaries. 😂☁️

Does your dog also ask to go outside just to turn around and come right back in when it rains? 👇

It was an exhausting weekend of project supervising so I think I’ll just stay in bed! 😴🐾

It’s hard to judge how your dog compares to other dogs through a screen! 🐶🐾

Thankfully @riot.and.rebel and @mini_mabel_cornwall invented this challenge to solve that problem!

The rules are easy! Measure your dog, count the toilet paper rolls, and find out exactly how many “loo rolls” of dog you have! Let’s see how many dogs we can get on this challenge!

Hello all and welcome to another supervisor Loki recap! Despite having fewer check-ins, we’ve still been busy behind the scenes!

To start, mom has been restoring the door hinges around the house. Two pairs down…only a bajillion more to go!

I made sure to make some time for couch potatoing while dad continued demolition on the living room. Apparently that isn’t “a safe place” for me to go into.

Next, grandma finished restoring the vintage brass pan light and dad got it hung in the hallway! It turned out so stunning!

Lastly, mom finished her watercolor painting! It is going to get hung in the same hallway as the pan light. This supervisor thinks they will pair quite nicely with each other!
