Who said corporate getaways have to be boring? For Causeway Capital’s 25th anniversary weekend at @montagelaguna, we threw out the old corporate event playbook. No stuffy conference rooms or uninspired buffets here. Instead, we designed an elevated, coastal inspired weekend that proved corporate retreats can feel like a luxury vacation.

From oceanfront dining with a “SWAG” boutique, to custom lawn games, and even a private movie night setup for families with custom JellyCats for each child, every single detail was intentional.
