the secret’s out: we’re opening two restaurants under the same roof. introducing the long-awaited AGORA, sitting directly beneath @oma.london. true to its name, AGORA [‘market’ in greek] is designed to spill out + and merge into borough market via its fully retractable shopfront located on the ground level of bedale street. inspired by the lively streets and markets of athens, with a custom two-metre souvla rotisserie and wood burning oven taking focal point, it is the rebellious, urban yang to OMA’s romantic, island yin. yamas.

a trip to the legendary diporto in athens.

on the menu:

- a super lemony fava, thinly sliced red onion, black olive and green chilli
- grilled sardines, slightly charred, lemon + oregano
- slow braised chickpeas cooked in an onion broth [ ? ], black pepper and olive oil to finish
- fasolada; white beans, root vegetables + tomatoes boiled down into a warming stew
- krasaki; huge barrels of [ room temperature ] white wine served from wooden casks directly to [ tumbler ] glass
- a rough chopped greek salad drowned in their olive oil and enough salt to warrant another tumbler of the above by @agora.ldn
